Sensefuel creates one or more admin users and grant them access to the platform during the initial setup.
Once this is done, you are fully autonomous in managing your account, including users and access rights.
If you do not yet have a Sensefuel account, please contact one of your admin users.
As an admin user, you can:
- Create as many users as needed
- Grant or restrict access rights
- Create additional admin users
- Delete users
Creating a New User
Follow these steps to add a new user to the Sensefuel platform:
- Go to the Collaborators section
- Set up the email address of the user by clicking on "invite"
- Manage access rights by granting or restricting access to the different sections and sub‑sections of the platform.
- Click Save in the top‑right corner.
- This is this action that sends an invitation email to the new user(s).
User Account Activation
To access the Sensefuel platform, a new user must:
- Click the activation link received in the invitation email.
- Define a password to complete the account creation.
Removing Access for a User
To revoke a user’s access (admin rights required):
- Toggle off all access rights for the user (all sections must be set to red).
- Click Save to apply the changes.
This effectively disables the user’s access to the platform.
Important Note
If a user does not receive the account validation email:
- Check the SPAM folder
- If the email is still missing, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or our Helpdesk
