A configuration within a slot is a set of parameters configured by business users in Sensefuel platform.
You must name your configuration, optionally manage its validity dates/activation, and then select the type of algorithm to use. (refer to the helpdesk section for more information about algorithms or to your Customer Success Manager)
Display conditions
Depending on the selected algorithm and the Sensefuel product subscribed to (Ignition or Max), you have access to several parameters:
- The selection of the product type (for recommendations displayed on product detail pages)
- Audience/context targeting
- Constraints applied to the products recommended by the algorithm based on your attributes.
Display style
You need to define the following elements: thumbnails type, title of the slot visible on the website, title color, background color of the slot, number of products…
The display style of each thumbnail type can be customized by Sensefuel Studio team based on your requirements.
If you integrate recommendations with our Recommend API you will obtain in the API response the display style information.
