The tags deployment method is your responsibility, you can deploy them directly in the code of your page or use a tag management system such as GTM.
To ensure optimal implementation, they must be deployed on all your website pages and positioned as high as possible in the <head> HTML tag. It is quite important as this position will guarantee Sensefuel to be loaded and ready as soon as a user clicks into your search box or to load recommendations.
Our tags are loaded asynchronously in order to avoid blocking loading any other elements of your page.
If your website has a Content Security Policy implemented (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Content-Security-Policy), make sure Sensefuel domains and sub-domains are allowed:
- *.search.sensefuel.live
- *.sensefuel.live
Remark:
When you deploy our JavaScript tags on your website you will need to wait at least 7 days before launching live Sensefuel as our AI technology requires to warm up to be relevant by tracking users’ behaviors.
After this period your Customer Success Manager will allow you to progressively expose Sensefuel to your users.
During this period you can force the layer on your browser, for you only, by switching on the toggle available in deployment interface of Sensefuel platform
Note: our tags can also be deployed as a “first party tag” (your website domain) by using subdomain delegation. Feel free to reach out to us to activate that option.
