When you deploy our JavaScript tags on your website, a minimum warm‑up period of 7 days is required before going live with Sensefuel.
This phase is necessary for our AI technology to learn and become relevant by tracking users’ behavior.
Deployment phases
After the warm‑up period, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will enable you to progressively expose Sensefuel to your users:
- Acceleration: 20% of traffic
- A/B Test: 50% of traffic
- Production: 100% of traffic
Forcing the layer in your browser
During the warm‑up phase, you can force the Sensefuel layer to appear only on your own browser (Chrome only) by enabling the dedicated toggle.
This allows you to:
- check that the layer’s design and integration meet your expectations,
- test search behavior and results,
- validate the overall experience,
without impacting your end users.
