Types of Zero Result
There are two scenarios:

- User Intent Understood
- Sensefuel shows items related to the detected intent, even if no exact product matches exist.
Zero Result Components
You will find below the description, behavior and triggering rules of the components in the Zero Result.

OR
- Terms close to detected intent.

4. Product Types (Categories) & Products suggestions
- These suggestions are only available in Sensefuel Max with :
- Up to 3 product types (categories) are displayed.
- Up to 3 products per suggested term are displayed.
- When clicking on a product type suggestion (category) it filters the entire catalog on that scope, like if you were browsing that category.
- When clicking on a suggested product it redirects to the product detail page.
5. Spotlights
- Branded and Event Spotlights can be displayed in a Zero Result. The election is based on these rules:
- Branded and Events Spotlights that are "Pinned" in the Promote feature
