Sensefuel provides a dedicated Recommendations Performance Dashboard that enables in‑depth analysis of your recommendation performance. This dashboard helps you monitor visibility, engagement, and business impact of recommendations on your sales.

This dashboard is not available when recommendations are integrated via API.
It is available exclusively for Plug & Play integrations using JavaScript and Sensefuel snippets.
Analysis Dimensions
The dashboard allows you to analyze recommendation performance from multiple perspectives:
- Per application / website
- Per page type (Homepage, Product Detail Page, Cart page, special pages, etc.)
- Per slot
- Per configuration
- Per algorithm
Filters and Time Range
You can refine your analysis using:
- Device type: Mobile, Tablet, Desktop
- Time period: Flexible date range or pre defined period
- Comparison period: Enabled or disabled
This allows you to evaluate trends and performance changes over time.
Volumes and Engagement Metrics
Impressions (Prints)
Number of times a recommended product is displayed on a page.
This metric depends on:
- The number of recommendation slots on the page
- The number of products per slot
Example:
If a Product Detail Page contains:
- Slot 1: 4 recommended products
- Slot 2: 6 recommended products
Each visit to that PDP generates 10 impressions.
Views
Number of times a recommended product is actually seen by visitors.
- Views take scrolling into account
- A view is counted only when the product becomes visible on screen
Clicks
Number of times a visitor clicks on a recommended product.
Visibility and Engagement KPIs

Percentage of displayed recommendations that were actually seen

Business Impact Metrics
Cart Validation Influence Rate
Percentage of sessions with cart validation that included at least one click on a recommended product.
This indicates that recommendations influenced the conversion.
Average Cart Influenced
Average cart amount for sessions where cart validation was influenced by recommendations.
Average Cart Not Influenced
Average cart amount for sessions with cart validation without any interaction with recommendations.
Comparing these two values highlights the uplift generated by Sensefuel recommendations.
