Sensefuel provides a dynamic dashboard to conduct in-depth analysis of your recommendation’s performances. You can monitor the visibility, popularity and influence on your sales performance.
In this dashboard you can analyze the performance from different angles:
- Per application/website
- Per page type (home page, PDP, cart, special page, …)
- Per slot
- Per configuration
- Per algorithm
You can also filter the dashboard per device type (mobile/tablet/desktop) and on the period of your choice (with or without comparison period).
Volumes and commitment
- Prints: number of times a recommended product has been displayed on a page. This value depends on the number of slots per page and the number of products recommended per slot. If on a product detail page you have 2 slots configured to recommend 4 and 6 products respectively each time this product page is visited, 10 impressions will be counted.
- Views: number of times a recommended product has been viewed by your visitors. The number of views integrates scrolling; a view is only counted if the recommended product is visible to a visitor.
- Clicks: number of times a recommendation has been clicked.
Business impact
- Rate of sessions with cart validation influenced: % of sessions with cart validation that had at least one engagement (click) on a recommended product. Your recommendations have influenced conversion.
- Average cart influenced: amount of the average cart of sessions with cart validation influenced by your recommendations.
- Average cart not influenced: amount of the average cart for sessions with cart validation that were not influenced by your recommendations.
