1. Service Continuity
If your usage exceeds the monthly query quota included in your plan:
- ✅ Your service continues normally
- ✅ Search quality and performance remain unchanged
- ✅ No blocking or throttling is applied
Sensefuel ensures uninterrupted service at all times.
2. Billing of Additional Queries
When your monthly quota is exceeded:
- You will be charged for additional queries based on your contract’s overage pricing.
- You may upgrade your plan at any time to:
- Increase your monthly query allowance
- Benefit from more advantageous pricing tiers, depending on your expected volume
3. Monitoring Your Query Consumption
You can track your usage directly from the Sensefuel platform home page.
Consumption is available with detailed breakdowns:
- By website
- By product (Search / Recommend / Conversation)
- By implementation type (Layer / API)
- By month
This allows you to anticipate overages and adjust your plan if necessary.
