When there is an issue with your feed compilation you will receive an email alert according to the fact that you are configured as a recipient for those emails.
To check if you are configured as a recipient please follow these steps:
- Log into your Sensefuel platform
- Go to the Catalog Section > Import configuration
- Scroll down to "Alerting configuration"
- Check if you are in the list. If not, select your email address under the Alerting configuration widget, click on add and then save :
If you are still not receiving these emails check your spam folder and eventually ask your IT team to whitelist all Sensefuel domains and sub-domains (.*sensefuel.live , .*sensefuel.com)
