- Do you already have a validated Sensefuel account ?
If you wan to access to our platform you must have an account that has been validated by clicking on a link received by e-mail. This e-mail can sometimes land in your SPAMS folder of your mailbox. Please verify if you have this e-mail and follow the link to validate your account and define a password.
If you have never received that e-mail, two possible reasons:
- your account has never been created by your Admin user of your Sensefuel account, or by a Sensefuel Customer Success Manager
- your company might have blocked our e-mail due to firewall restrictions. Please make sure to ask your IT teams to whitelist all Sensefuel domains. In that situation contact our helpdesk or your Customer Success Manager
- Your account has been blocked due to too many connexion attempts with a wrong password
If you are facing that situation, open a request to our support or contact your Customer Success Manager.
