If you are experiencing difficulties connecting to the Sensefuel platform at
https://app.search.sensefuel.live/, here are the steps you should follow to identify and resolve the issue.
1. Check if You Have a Validated Sensefuel Account
To access the platform, your account must have been created and validated.
1.1. Have you validated your account via email?
When your account is created, you receive an email asking you to validate your account and set your password.
This email may sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder, so make sure to check it.
If you find the email, simply click the validation link and follow the instructions to finalize your account setup.
1.2. If you never received the validation email
This can happen for two reasons:
- Your account was never created
Your Admin user or your Sensefuel Customer Success Manager may not have created your account yet. Make sure with your Sensefuel Admin user that your e-mail is listed in the Collaborator section. - Your company’s firewall blocked the email
Some organizations filter external emails.
In this case, ask your IT team to whitelist all Sensefuel domains. (sensefuel.com & sensefuel.live)
Then contact our Helpdesk or your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
2. Your Account Has Been Locked After Too Many Failed Login Attempts
If you tried to log in multiple times with the wrong password, your account may have been automatically blocked for security reasons.
To resolve this situation, simply contact our Support team or reach out to your Customer Success Manager. They will unlock your account.
3. You Forgot Your Password
If you already have a validated account but cannot remember your password, you can reset it using the following link:

This reset link will work only if your account has already been validated.
