Whether you have deployed Sensefuel with our Discovery API or through our plug & play JavaScript tag, you can face a situation where your latest configurations are not visible. This article focus on configurations that have been done in the "Merchandising" section of Sensefuel platform.
Please follow these steps to troubleshoot your problem.
- Verify that your configuration has correctly been saved by going in back in the screen.
- Verify that after having finished your configuration a catalog feed has been compiled. If you do not want to wait the next scheduled compilation go to the Catalog section > Import monitoring and click on "start a compilation" where you can launch it manually (download from your server or manual upload from your computer).
- If after the compilation you are still facing the issue you should verify your configuration.
Indeed, if your configuration has been set up with attributes & values /selection, make sure this attribute and value(s) still exist in the feed provided to Sensefuel, or verify the selection still has products associated to it.
Sometimes an attribute name or value can change in your feed and the configuration becomes obsolete.
Sometimes products can be removed from your feed on your side, or can be excluded by Sensefuel during the import because these products do not respect the requirements (mandatory attributes or values). - If you have integrated Sensefuel with our Discovery API, check with your technical team the API query executed, verify with our documentation the presence of the correct modules corresponding to the feature used, and finally check the API responses.
