This feature is only available for Sensefuel Max.
You can consider showcase as an “end cap” or “end aisle” such as the one you would find in physical shops. This feature enables you to showcase in the first line a selection of products (manually selected or dynamically selected with rules based on your product attribute values) that is triggered on one or several keywords or in one or several Product List Page(s) (PLP).
Keep in mind of course that the products from your showcase must be in the search results or in the selected PLP to be presented in the showcase.
Very quick to configure:
- set up a name
- start/end date (if needed)
- target your showcase on a specific segment/context/store (if needed)
- select the products that will appear in your showcase (manually by selected IDs, rule based on multiple attributes, or via a selection of product created with the feature Select)
- determine where to display your showcase
- search context : define keyword(s) to trigger the display of the showcase
- navigation context (if implemented) : which product listing page must display the showcase
- define the display style:
- Completely invisible for your clients => use neutral
- More visual with a background color & text => use the sponsored style
-
- Even more visual with an image that replace the first product tile => use visual
- Even more visual with an image that replace the first product tile => use visual
Note 1: to use showcases in your navigation (PLP) you must integrate that feature with our Discovery API. The showcase module must be integrated by adding it to the query to the API. The query can be based on the product_type provided in the catalog feed (eg Men > Shoes > Sneakers) or on the "scope_id". The "scope_id" is the category code(s) provided in the catalog feed and define where the product is allocated.
Note 2 : if you have configured several showcases on the same keyword(s) or on the same PLP Sensefuel only provide the last configured showcase.
